Our donors make it possible for the PEF coverage to come at no cost for countries and responding agencies.
Donor contributions have financed the costs of premium payments for the insurance window and contributions to the cash window, for the initial period (July 2017 – June 2020). The funds for countries and responding agencies are 100% grant-based and do not need to be repaid.
